How Did You Transition From Startup Mode to Corporate Professionalization?
Krieger: I'm the son of a psychiatrist and psychologist. So you can only imagine what my childhood was like growing up. But one of the things that has given me is I can walk into a room with like 10 different people and with that 80% precision, be able to put myself in their shoes. Krieger worked at Facebook for four or five years before joining Instagram. He says he helped scale the company by understanding what made different parts of the organization ticks.
