Is Russell Westbrook a Free Agent?

Brooklyn Nets guard Kyrie Irving is set to become a free agent after the season. ESPN's Adrian Wojcie says there are no known teams planning to pursue sign and trade deals for him. If he stays on the roster, this team has at least one more chance than Russell Westbrook does with his contract expiring next year.
