Hotel Infrastructure - Is There a Need for an Intervention?

The new Peter Jackson Museum and conference centres have been under construction for several years. Yet there just doesn't seem to have been the hotel's built. Do you think there's a need for some form of intervention? We haven't got the Peter Jackson Museum going yet, Bernard. That's aspirational.
