I personally see Mr Xi Jinping as nothing but a symptom of the Chinese Communist Party's attitude. The transformation of China from a meek nation to a belligerent nation started under Mr Hu Jintao. And if India doesn't develop its strength, then it is going to, I don't know, not last long. If we have clout, we will be able to get our message across.
