What Is Top Secret?
Top secret is a designation given to top secret documents that are so sensitive that only the people who absolutely need to know are read in. It's possible that this was just about the government wanting to get its documents back, and now they have them,. And some people would argue, if that's all it is, perhaps the justice department overreached. Is there any way we'll see the affidavit, other than the government deciding to release it at some point? So, chuck, this is the big question surrounding this whole matter, in my view.
