The FDA's Decision to Approve MIFA-Pristone
Judge Kismerik stayed the FDA's approval of MIFA-Pristone, which would make it an unauthorized drug. But he stayed that ruling for seven days; whatever is left of his ruling goes into effect at the end of Friday unless the Supreme Court does something before them. Justice Alito issued an administrative stay on Judge Kismerik's ruling late Friday afternoon: An administrative stay prevents the ruling from going into effect until Wednesday. That means we can expect the Supreme Court to say on or by that day Wednesday whether the full court will stay.
