Buffalo springfield already had managers, fraser mohawk and richard davis. Davis stayed on, but was demoted to just doing their lights. On the group's first session, though, both stills and young realized that their producers didn't really have a clue. Both men had very domineering mothers who would actually call the group's management to complain about fress cuferige if their sum was given less space than the other. The back cover of their first album would contain the line, steve is the leader, but we all are. Nowadays, clancy can't even sing was a flop, but it did get some local air play.
