When you come to work and you don't need your job, then you love your job. Administrators know the degree of the golden handcuffs that each individual physician in their practice has bought into. And they tend not to mess with those people. You tend to be able to say no to administrators,. No to extra work load, no to extra call, you know. So it gives you the free to practise the way you want, the hours that you want. It's a hundred percent heaven.
