I didn't know what i was doing when i took over the sales team. We had a very traditional kind of sass modelled salesteam wher ever on oud a geographical territory, and and was trying to stick to that. I'd never worked well in an organization that just sold on geographical territory. So we said, we're going to sell by industry.
