The Demand for Rental Housing Is a Key Driver of Inflation
We have not built enough housing of all forms since the financial crisis. And so that is a big part of why we've continued to see rental housing be so resilient. I'd say rental housing tends to perform quite well in tough economic environments. It does really well in inflationary environments as well. So these are assets that are in great demand today, and I think you're poised to perform well in the environment ahead as well.
