I think it's really helpful for it to be modeled from the top. I can imagine anonymous spaces in a workplace where employees or colleagues are encouraged to write their truths. You could do the same thing on chat rooms and zooms with an anonymous function of like, how is everybody truly feeling this morning? And maybe someone goes first, you know, you make sure someone goes first,. writing something other than pumped or thrilled or whatever.
