A big blocker to a lot of doctors kind of transition over to a new practice management system. The data conversion piece, making sure the dartais converted properly and it's m sitting where it needs to be sitting is always fun. Change management s so when i present a to groups who are looking to learn about that process, i ask a question, do you have a culture of change? Because that is absolutely critical and important. I never underplayt importance of it.
