i started at aldorf in 19 94, when we were five people. After a number of years, i left and started my own practice,. Did that for about five years, and then came back to the firm. And what are the lessons i learned from a small firm to bring to a large firm? I think it's certain systems that you as a smaller company that you have to put in place to get things done. Ros pismetie, if your expectations are clear, then you just have more room for every one to be successful because they understand their role with their job is to do any given moment.
