Detroit

Detroit has been on the upswing for 10 years. The city is still losing population each year, but it's a different place now. It was dangerous for a while and I think it got like even more dangerous maybe. But my understanding is that downtown has been like really addressed in that way. Some parts of Detroit are still dangerous and bad.
