Is It a Stand Reduce?

Min max element is a lot simpler than top two. You have like six different cases that you need to check. And when you're doing it in parallel, it's a lot more complicated. But with stood reduce, i don't think it's trivial. The algrithm that i think makes it a lot easier but i'm not sure if it's faster than the stood reduce with the function object with overloads are transform reduce and associateov reduce.
