You're not going to start doing intermittent fasting on day one and then lose a ton of weight quickly. Your body is probably not very good at that if you've been eating the traditional three meals a day plus snacks. Instead, you've got to teach your body to flip that metabolic switch and do something different. For me, I've ended up with probably a four to six hour eating window most days.I fast clean, meaning I stick to plain coffee, black, no flavors, nothing added.
