Is Everything Procedurely Generated?

Every single map in a procedurely generated game is different. And so because there's a random chance of all these different options, you end up getting a custome level every single time. I love the concept but i haven't tried it out yet. There's like a disconnect there with my traditional web back and front and that end of my brain,. cause it's so interestin and so mas based.
