The Moral Character of an Action Is Not Changed Because the Government Does It

libertarianism believes that the moral character of an action is not changed because the government does it. So if something is evil, it's evil when the government doing it. The idea that the libertarian position has to be that the borders are completely open doesn't follow from this logic. But i will argue that government should be able to caparmy on private property owners who don't want guns in their homes. And so we could continue with a bunch of people trapsing through my property and taking what I would otherwise have had no right to take.
