What's the Sales Cycle?

The sales cycle varies from client to client, depending on when you engage the customer. We work with therapy teams a couple of years before they're launching these drugs. Start by asking the question, how many labs can actually run this test? And you'll often find what we call and answer. It's a 60 second shock followed by all sorts of other data to try and support moving the needle.
