In northern spain, they pour the cider from over their heads, down into the glass. This is one of the challenges and potentially opportunities that cider finds itself in right now. Just like how different beers and wines called for different kinds of vessels, cider could use those as well. And i really hope the somebody sees an opportunity to create these kind of cider glasses and to do that research.
