In the very early days, in one of your very first-siders, hire a strong, talented, but relatively young sales person. My recommendation would be, again, depends on how many customers you have. The other hire that's really hard for most founders is their first marketing hire. And I'm convinced too because great marketers don't usually continue their career and retire as the head of marketing.
