Building an Experience Based Culture in Healthcare
Zellis: I think we live in an experience based culture today. We demand an experience that's tailored and contextual with interactions that have our history with the company. If you're collecting data on me, don't just use that to market to me. Use that data to provide a better experience. That is critical. And if you're not building your entire growth strategy around me, the consumer, you're going to be left behind. It has to be about those engagements, those one-to-one interactions. Us as consumers need to be the center of every business model.
