The Ottomans could project power to Zulu land, even if they had Lord Chelmsford an incompetent commander. Almost every single major weapon system came from the West or was borrowed from the East and enhanced them in a way that the East couldn't have imagined. Western military dynamism is unique and it's coherent and other societies will be parasitical upon it.
