The Pay Boutie: A Project of Restoration

She deliberately increased the amount of people who were self-employed for one. It was all about changing the class structure back to this idea of chocolate box houses, a nation of shopkeepers. But what I've sort of seen in the book as well as actually growing the pay bougie is that we all now sort of, we all live at end of the same.
