For me, the problem that i have som fasted right now. If i eat, i've my thoughts become slower. I'm not as verbally articulate. I'm nowhere near as agile. But if you've figured out a way to tap into this in a way that works for you, by all means, leverage that. Until somebody comes along and says intermittent fasting is unhealthy, well then it seems, at least for me, eating between 11 p m,. excuse me, 11 a m ish and eight p m ish is great.
