Is Russia Going to Take the Results of the Referendums?
It's presumed that the results as presented as officially tabulated will be in favor of separation from Ukraine. I gather in some of the Ublasts, maybe there's both a vote about independence and a vote for about joining Russia. We're not even absolutely sure yet that although it seems probable that the Russian government will move straight to annexation. If he calls for immediate annexation on an obviously a Bayes and an Xs then that he really has burnt his bridges as far as negotiations are concerned.
