The Problem With Prosecuting People
The theory of people who've looked at this objectively is that you can have theories, very reasonable theories that are backed up with pretty good facts. The problem is when you get to the court side of things, they do have certain things that need to be satisfied. And so even though you can say this makes sense, that makes sense. Prosecuting people, that's where things get very, very tricky. What can you prove? What will a jury buy? I just think I'd like to see what a jury would say if they brought this.
