CHAPTER

Vademand D Regulates Sleep

The exact mechanisms by which vademand d effects sleep regulation is still unclear, although it's been suggested that the areas of the brain stem could be the missing link. The hyper thalamus and brain stem are very well known to play a critical role as a regulator of sleep. There's certain sub regions of the brain stam such as the sub lateral dorsal tegmental nucleus who specifically regulates both ram and non rapid eye movement sleep. If these receptors are deficient, like they've got no energy, then they don't have the energy to switch on the the deep sleep stages that we need.
