Hiring a contractor is having someone you trust to get things done right. An architect can advise on who to ask for men and interview the contractors, because we are the ones who put the drawing set together. Do they even have questions about these drawings? And there's a skill set that comes with interviewing. It's not just about knowing the drawings. Just about asking the right questions and eading people,. i a certain degree, and invetting them - which is important for bidding a negotiation too.
