P2I12 Inhibitors Are More Effective Than Clopidogrel

The authors found that guided selection of P2I12 inhibition was superior to clopidogrel with a 20% greater reduction in MACE. Surprisingly, neither prasagrel nor tycagolor demonstrated clinical superiority to clopIDogrel. The study did not really make a direct comparison of which approach may be superior. But it did shine a spotlight on what still remains an underused tool.
