Is the Body the Decision Maker?

In terms of healing, jesus is saying you first must recognize that decisions are of the mind, not of the body. And if it is a decision, it is the mind and not the body, that makes it. He says terms like instincts and reflexes represent attempts to endow the body with non mental motivators. Why? Why aren't there any reflexes in the body? Because the body is nothing. The body is a projection. You can try to ascribe attributes to it, but you you still don't make anything real. It's just you're having a misperception.
