The Myth of the Winged Horse Pegasus
The work of a fine fellow by the name of Palifatis, who we think was from around the 4th century BCE as he was rumored to have known Aristotle. He wrote a work called On Things Not to Be Believed, where he broke down certain myths and explained them. This translation is by John Brady-Kiesling and is used via Topos text,. I've linked to it in the episodes description. They say that the winged horse Pegasus carried Belair Fonte's but this horse could never be - not even if it had all the wings of the birds. The chimera was a lion in front, a serpent behind a chimera, a goat in the middle
