A group from Amnesty International created synthetic images of police brutality in Colombia that they used in some Twitter posts. The biggest one is if you use AI imagery to generate these things it could essentially discredit the legitimacy of other images that show human rights abuses, right? That's already something that people have trouble with when they post real photos of human rights abuses where people can claim that it's fake.
