Do You Have the Ability to Dilate Blood Vascularly?

If you dilate too much skeletal muscle mass you don't have enough blood in your body to maintain that arterial pressure and cardiac output doesn't increase that much anyway at most cardiac output could only increase roughly seven to tenfold. The thing that determines blood flow through the skeletal muscle is not primarily cardiac output it's the ability to dilate a blood vessel.
