In osteopathy scar tissues are at the top of the hierarchy. When you have a scar tissue, it affects every fascia layer in your body. Because it welds multiple layers together that should be sliding on each other. And I think the stekos have got sort of a facial approach where they're not just mapping the fascia. They're looking at these points where multiple layers intersect. Thus you are your trigger and you can't get away from it.
