Is There a Global Movement to Restrict?

I'm separating the CO2 issue, because I don't. But in general, I think we should be using more fossil fuels. And I don't think we shouldbe using less of them because of CO2. So when I'm giving you reasonably preventable, and I talk about this, it's primarily with these pollution issues that are mostly a local thing. You're not looking at the globe in that context.
