How to Present for an ADHD Assessment

The young person was only consuming alcohol once a fortnight or so and not to excessive levels. No other drug use that were disclosed at the assessment. I did a mood screen knowing she had a history of mental health issues, wanted to see how she was functioning with her mood at the moment. She said she was generally okay, but she just tended to be a bit up and down with her mood functioning. So perhaps I'll present it that way? Yeah, let us know.
