The Super Pack Deal Will Not Make It a Priority to Pick Electable Candidates

The Republican party as an institution has virtually no power to say, hey, you're not a Republican. You've got all these Don Quixote types out there running around with their lances thinking that they're the most courageous people in the world for taking on the establishment. But first of all, there's no establishment and second of all, the parties are so weak that they don't have the mechanisms to be able to do that kind of stuff anymore. These guys are the products of the 60s. And it is precisely the people who have an appreciation and understanding of the politics of the possible that makes that barely make them unacceptable.
