Do you think it's effective for a coach to bring players in to coach each other? Duke: I'm keen to bring in the term, yo, we use the term cognitive lo load theory. And part of cognitive load theory is is working memory and solet's dwell on this notion of shared experiences of learning. Do you think that's too much or do you think that can be accomplished? Yes, i think it's a great question. It's one of the biggest questions of coaching, really. Is the short answers, i don't know, but i think tha cognitive load theoryis most useful single insight for teachers of every stripe classroom.
