Is the Chinese Navy Ready?

There have been discussions about whether our military. preparation has fallen, that it's slipped. I've been particularly concerned about the navy and i think we really need to up what we're doing shipwise. The chinese are much more forward thinking than we are. We think in election cycles, and theyre thinking in centuries,. So as far as the military is concerned, we have an all volunteer force. But these were flogged men who helped us win a world warToo many people with excellent command experience that aren't signing back up. They would be thrown out of the navy too if you cheated on your wife or had a drunk driving incident. Rights oumpapling isn't good
