What's Happened to the European Union Agency?

The european union member states voted on where the e m a should go. Amsterdam, happily, turned out to have been the most popular anyway. But another hot favorite was bratislava in slavacia. And it seems to me that amsterdam might be a good choice. It has a big international airport, its units and is relatively central in europe.
