The Arturian Experience

As we expand consciousness, more life forms will be encountered. The first time I saw arturians was when I was 11 years old in 1980. They just acted like regular people, except they were kind of blue-green colored. As you raise consciousness, you could think of it like this: You start off as a grasshopper and live in a field. That's your entire universe. And you don't have an expansion beyond that experience. So these are all just stages. It's not like you transcend a dimension and leave that dimension. You're still within that dimension. It's just your perception within those dimensions change."
