S i've done a lot of marathons in the past. It's that process of learning what it takesjus to warm up, or just to get through the process well. And once you are ok with that, that struggled, that that's what you want to do every day, then all of a sudden the task is no longer this ridiculous thing to pursue. You know what i mean? It helps everything when we bring patience and acceptance to the process and openness,. A detachmento to the process, while bringing that sort of relentless follow through.
