The Pressure to Be a Master of Everything

I've talked to a lot of people and I see them feeling like they need to be a master of everything before they can do the thing that they really want. Do you feel that same kind of pressure? I think it's ridiculous, but I felt it before though when I was starting out. And so for you as continuing to grow and evolve, what do you feel in terms of like how you develop your skills? Is it just haphazardly, you know, you try out a new tool and you just see how it works? Or you consciously feeling like, oh, I need to work on certain specific things?"
