i think that calory counting has this sort of stigma and, um, i think that it's something that we're not taught in school. I don't ever recommend that people continue to count calories for long periods of time. But i think it's good to know what foods are made of so that you can, in future, eyeball your food and knowing that you're getting everything t need.
