The Supreme Court of Massachusetts vs Massachusetts Corporations
The key question is whether or not the actions what we call ultra virus are beyond the power of the state to enact. If a corporation wants to engage in an activity, which is not allowed under its charter, any shareholder can sue and if they succeed they can recover course from the corporation. The United States has a different rule, which says that we don't allow these citizens of tax pay or standing in the court. And so my own plea is I wish the Supreme Court now or some other time, would take its absolutely childish and uninformed view of the standing doctrine, reverse it and bring it in line with virtually every else.
