A venture studio is a company that Incubates or creates companies. It sort of looks like a little bit more of like a y-combinator type model. The amount of capital that you're getting relative to a seed stage company applying to a VC firm or to an incubator is just a fraction of the cash. Some people are attracting people that are I would describe as unsavory and it doesn't sound very serious at all.
