I think between 10 and 15 minutes is a good range to aim for any more than that. Based on my practice of Yoga and Pilates some things that I have to really discipline myself to do no one wants to do three hours of hot yoga. It's about understanding your own life circumstances and your own personality as well great advice. You can put more energy into cultivating this simple and benevolent state of mind.
