How to Lower Your Cortisol Levels When You're Stressed

If your cortisol is too low, especially if you haven't done any testing, like a lot of people assume that it's high because they're like, I've been super stressed. You cannot out supplement stress and you can't supplement yourself into healthy cortisol levels long term. So what actually happens when we experience a stressor, I'm going to keep this super simple. Our brains are notified that there's a stress present. Now this could be mental, emotional or physical stressor. It doesn't matter the type of stress. And overall mentally and physically, you're probably not going to feel like yourself. We want our body to respond appropriately to stress.
