The net trust scores don't account for people who don't have an opinion of it. So those are really just looking at people who say it's either trustworthy or untrustworthy. If you go and you sort the outlets by the share who say don't know, you can probably get a better sense of familiarity from that. But I think the trust scores kind of stand on their own for showing how people view these outlets.
